Report of a Rare Case of Hand Bony Involvement of Sarcoidosis in a Chinese Young Man: 罕見病例報告: 一名患有手骨肉狀瘤病的中國年輕男子

Musculoskeletal involvement of sarcoidosis is a rare entity, reported to have an incidence of 1–13%. Here we describe a case of sarcoidosis, with a history of finger sprain after a trivial injury, and incidental finding of multiple bony involvement over the left hand after radiography and magnetic resonance imaging.
