Ostéotomies tibiales de valgisation associées à la ligamentoplastie du ligament croisé antérieur. À propos de 15 cas

RésuméLa prise en charge de patients âgés de 30 à 50 ans et présentant une laxité antérieure du genou par rupture du LCA associée à une arthrose fémorotibiale interne, est très difficile. De récentes publications ont montré que l’association d’une ostéotomie tibiale à une ligamentoplastie intra-articulaire permettait de freiner l’évolution de l’arthrose tout en corrigeant la laxité du genou. Nous rapportons l’expérience de 15 patients du service de traumatologie de l’hôpital militaire Moulay Ismail de Meknès présentant une laxité antérieure avec arthrose fémorotibiale interne. Ces patients ont bénéficié d’une ostéotomie de valgisation associée à une ligamentoplastie du LCA.

The management of patients aged 30 to 50 years and with an anterior knee laxity in ACL tear associated with medial osteoarthritis femorotibial, is very difficult. Recent publications have shown that the combination of an valgus osteotomy and ligamentoplasty of the ACL is possible to halt the progression of osteoarthritis while correcting the laxity of the knee. We report our experience of 15 patients who received a valgus osteotomy associated with the ACL ligamentoplasty.
