Pubalgia is a painful syndrome of the pubic junction interesting particularly soccer players. Parieto-abdominal forms are the most frequent. Surgery is often indicated. Nesovic intervention is our technique of choice. We describe the technique used in our department and then we discuss the results in 80 soccer players.
