Sprengel’s deformity

Sprengel’s deformity is a congenital dysplasia of the scapula characterized by scapular elevation, rotation and characteristically, an omovertebral bone. Cases may appear in the FRCS (Trauma & Orth) exam. This article reviews the deformity and management principles.
