Congenital isolated absence of the nasal cartilaginous septum

In this report, we present a patient with congenital isolated absence of the quadrilateral cartilage of the nasal septum. Congenital septal anomalies are extremely rare, and congenital isolated absence of the quadrilateral cartilage has not been reported in the literature before.
