Pharmacocinétique et pharmacodynamie des antifongiques en pédiatrie

RésuméLes principaux antifongiques utilisés dans les infections fongiques invasives (amphotéricine B, flucytosine, triazolés, echinocandines) ont été évalués de façon plus ou moins complète dans la population pédiatrique. Cet article passe en revue les profils pharmacocinétiques des différentes molécules chez l’enfant en mettant l’accent sur les modifications liées à l’âge. Les relations concentration/effet déterminées chez l’enfant sont également décrites.

SummaryThe pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of the main antifungal drugs used for invasive fungal infections (amphotéricin B, flucytosine, triazole compounds, echinocandins) have been more or less completely investigated in the paediatric population. This article reviews the pharmacokinetic profiles of these drugs in children, with a focus on the age-related changes. The concentration/efficacy relationships that were evidenced in children are also described.
