Update on club foot

This review outlines the present classification, aetiology, diagnosis and assessment of Club foot (CTEV foot). It also updates the changes that have occurred with regard the management emphasizing the shift away from routine surgical treatment to the serial casting techniques popularized by Ponseti and reasons for this change.
