Can Cyclosporine Blood Level Be Reduced to Half After Heart Transplantation?

Concentration-controlled EVL (C0 target 3-8 ng/mL) in combination with reduced CsA exposure of one-half the usual concentration achieved good efficacy and safety over 6 months. The renal function at 6 months among the RE group showed a trend toward improvement, suggesting a benefit of halving the target CsA blood level after heart transplantation.
