Arterial Changes in Children Undergoing Renal Transplantation

Among our group of patients, we observed only slight modifications of the arterial wall. These changes were nonspecific, similar to those in a control group of donors matched for age. A possible explanation of these findings may depend on the short time of dialysis before transplantation.
