Improving abdominoplasty results: Reconstruction of the linea alba sulcus by direct fat excision

When carefully performed in selected patients, creation of a linea alba sulcus by direct excision of deep fat from the abdominoplasty flap can enhance aesthetic results of abdominoplasty without increased morbidity.
