Breast-conservation surgery has been shown to be equivalent to mastectomy in terms of long-tern survival for the treatment of breast cancer. Various techniques have been described on how to achieve clear margins and good cosmetic outcomes and therefore expand the indications for breast conservation. A novel incision is detailed to augment the options already available.
