Impaired antioxydative Keap1/Nrf2 system and the downstream stress protein responses in the motor neuron of ALS model mice

► Keap1 protein levels progressively decreased in the MN of Tg mice. ► Nrf2 showed a progressive increase both in anterior MN and glial like cells. ► Nrf2 were accumulated into the nucleus from pre-symptomatic stage. ► Nrf2/ARE downstream proteins were expressed predominantly in glial-like cells.
