Mapping joint grey and white matter reductions in Alzheimer's disease using joint independent component analysis

► We performed joint independent component analysis (jICA) to structural MRI data. ► Three joint grey-white matter sources showed significant volume reductions in AD. ► The combined source best predicted the AD/NC group membership.
