Usefulness of diffusion tensor imaging in patients who showed sustained unexplainable clinical symptom of torticollis

► Sustained torticollis symptom without explainable cause in infants. ► Hemiplegic pattern in patients' DTI although they had no hemiplegia at scanning time. ► Significant asymmetric index of FA and ADC in patients. ► Delayed development of clinical hemiplegia in patients with torticollis. ► Torticollis may be one symptom of clinical manifestation of hemiplegia.
