► Association of volumetric variation of cerebellum and working memory are studied. ► RT of the task is related to both motor and cognitive subregions of cerebellum. ► CR of working memory task is associated with cognitive subregion of cerebellum. ► We showed the structural substrate for cerebellum involving in working memory.
