Analgesic effect of intrathecally γ-aminobutyric acid transporter-1 inhibitor NO-711 administrating on neuropathic pain in rats

► Neuropathic pain model were made by sciatic nerve chronic constriction on rats. ► GABA transporters-1 inhibitor NO-711were used to investigate analgesic effect. ► Inhibit GABA transporters-1 could effectively develop analgesic effect on CCI rats. ► Down-regulate GAT-1 participates in the development of neuropathic pain.
