چکیده انگلیسی
▶ Adenosine reduced IPSC frequency of presynaptic PVN cells projecting to medulla. ▶ Adenosine effect was blocked by antagonist, and mimicked by agonist of A1 receptor. ▶ Adenosine increased paired-pulse ratio of evoked IPSCs. ▶ In conclusion, adenosine inhibits GABA release via presynaptic A1 receptors. ▶ Results indicate potential roles of adenosine in regulation of sympathetic outflow.
