▶ Naringin and nobiletin have neuroprotective effects on H2O2-induced PC12 cells. ▶ They prevent LDH release; scavenge ROS formation in H2O2-induced PC12 cells. ▶ They reduce caspase-3 activity; increase MMP level in H2O2-induced PC12 cells. ▶ They increase SOD and GSH activity; decrease MDA level in H2O2-induced PC12 cells.
