Studies on the Low-Carbon Path of Department Store in China

With the arrival of the low-carbon economy, numerous enterprises have realized the significance of a transformation to the low-carbon operation. With regard to department store in China, which is closely related to our daily life, seems not up to the expectations. Through in-depth interview, field survey and low-carbon questionnaire survey, this paper has induced common problems existing in department stores and puts forward a path to realize their low-carbon operations in order to provide some references for the transformation of service industry in China.
