A new gas-phase condensed mechanism of isoprene-NOx photooxidation

► A new condensed isoprene mechanism is developed using most recent study results. ► Was designed to incorporate secondary organic aerosol formation. ► Intercomparison shows better performance than most current mechanisms. ► Simulations of isoprene in an urban hydrocarbon environment were very reasonable.
