Effect of monoterpenoids on oviposition and mortality of Callosobruchus maculatus (F.) (Coleoptera: Bruchidae) under hermetic conditions

► Eight monoterpenoids were evaluated for toxicity to Callosobruchus maculatus. ► The adults and the eggs of the beetle were the most susceptible life stages. ► The pupae and 4th instar were the least susceptible life stages. ► The monoterpenoids inhibited oviposition by mated females.
