Reactivity recovery of guar gum coupled mZVI by means of enzymatic breakdown and rinsing

► mZVI particles in suspension were stabilized by the green polymer guar gum. ► Guar gum has a negative impact on mZVI reactivity towards different CAHs. ► mZVI reactivity was recovered by guar gum breakdown and intensive rinsing.
