Solvability for Schrödinger equations with discontinuous coefficients

We consider the LpLp solvability for divergence and non-divergence form Schrödinger equations with discontinuous coefficients. As an application, we give the global Morrey regularity for divergence and non-divergence form Schrödinger operators with VMO coefficients in a bounded domain.
