Sur la notion faiblement propre dans la conjecture de Duflo

In this article we verify Dufloʼs conjecture for SU(2,1) with respect to a Borel subgroup. It turns out that the non-standard notion weakly proper (faiblement propre) in the formulation of Dufloʼs conjecture is more reasonable than the standard notions proper and proper over image.
