Interior h1-estimates for second order elliptic equations with vanishing LMO coefficients

An a priori interior h1-estimate in a bounded domain for a second order elliptic operator with vanishing LMO coefficients is proved via a corresponding estimate for the commutator of a singular integral with an LMO function. The preceding estimate is of independent interest in harmonic analysis.
