Higher order parallel surfaces in the Heisenberg group

We give a classification of k-parallel surfaces in the three-dimensional Heisenberg group. In particular, we prove that every k  -parallel surface in the Heisenberg group is a vertical cylinder over a polynomial spiral of degree at most k−1k−1.
