Morphology and wall ultrastructure of some Middle Devonian dispersed megaspores from northern Poland

► Four species of dispersed megaspores were studied with LM, SEM, and TEM. ► Similarities were revealed with lycopsids and putative lycopsids. ► Common features also shared with some enigmatic Devonian plants.
