First Ordovician chitinozoans from Indian Gondwana - New evidence from the Shiala Formation

► Ordovician chitinozoans are very poorly documented from low-latitudinal parts of Gondwana. ► The Himalaya part of India was than situated close to the Equator. ► This is the first time that globally recognizable species are reported and well illustrated from that part.
