Towards stable Fe-based catalysts with suitable active phase for Fischer-Tropsch synthesis to lower olefins
چکیده انگلیسی
The Fe-based catalysts have been facile fabricated on iron foil by a controllable process involving the hydrothermal growth and calcinations. The catalysts show a distinguished catalytic performance with CO conversion of 86.7% and long-term stability (200 h). The high O/P ratio of C2-4 shows the better selectivity of the catalysts for lower olefins. The Fe2O3 changes into Fe3O4@Fe5C2 nanoparticles with suitable active phase particle size after reaction, maintaining a carburized surface with suitable carbides particle size and thus increasing the CO conversion.
