Hydrogen production from steam reforming of methanol over CuO/ZnO/Al2O3 catalysts: Catalytic performance and kinetic modeling

An approximate linear correlation is found between the catalytic activity and the Cu surface area of CuO/ZnO/Al2O3 catalysts, indicating the predominant role of Cu surface area in the steam reforming of methanol over Cu-based catalysts.
