Highly sensitive and selective ESIPT-based fluorescent probes for detection of Pd2+ with large Stocks shifts

Two 2-(2′-hydroxyphenyl)benzothiazole-based fluorescent probes 1 and 2 were designed and exhibited strong fluorescence in short duration upon exposure to Pd2+.
