Bipolar I disorder with comorbid PTSD: Demographic and clinical correlates in a sample of hospitalized patients

Patients with BD-I and comorbid PTSD appear to be a high risk population with need for enhanced monitoring of suicidality. Clinical implications of these findings are discussed.
