چکیده انگلیسی
In this study, derivation of the modified pseudo first order kinetics model (MPFO) from Statistical Rate Theory (SRT) has been investigated. I have shown that derivation of MPFO model from SRT cannot be true. I have proved that the assumptions that applied for derivation of MPFO from SRT in the previous research are false. These assumption cause that K1s` (adsorption/desorption rate at equilibrium) and KL(Langmuir constant) will become zero simultaneously. In this research work I have shown that K1s` and KL cannot be zero simultaneously. Finally, I have concluded that derivation of MPFO from SRT approach is false.
