Cationic fluorinated polyacrylate emulsifier-free emulsion was synthesized via ab initio RAFT emulsion polymerization using poly (2-(dimethylamino) ethyl methacrylate)-b-poly (hexafluorobutyl acrylate) (PDMAEMA-b-PHFBA) trithiocarbonate both as a stabilizer and a RAFT agent.
