Real Time Dispatch Training Simulator based on TRIS/DMES ELEKTROSYSTEM

This article introduces the Dispatch Training Simulator for transmission and distribution system operators. The DTS is a combination of real time control system TRIS developed by ELEKTROSYSTEM a.s. and a verified analytical simulation engine called DMES (Dynamic Model of Electric power System).
