Liposphere mediated topical delivery of thymoquinone in the treatment of psoriasis

Present work explores the potential of TMQ lipospheres in the treatment of psoriasis. TMQ loaded lipospheres were prepared and characterized for suitability in TMQ topical delivery. In vitro and in vivo studies were performed to determine the anti-inflammatory and anti-psoriatic activity of these lipospheres. Results suggest the potential of TMQ lipospheres in the management of psoriasis.244
