The interactive trade decision-making research: An application case of novel hybrid MCDM model

► This paper proposes a novel hybrid MCDM model that provides a method for interactive trade (offset) decision-making policy. ► The model combines the decision making trial and evaluation laboratory technique (DEMATEL), as well as ANP. ► The model solved the dependence and feedback problems to decide an appropriate interactive trade strategy. ► It also concludes that technology transfer is the favored policy for Taiwanese government among other policies.
