LSM: A DSGE model for Luxembourg

► Luxembourg is a small open economy with some particular features. ► We focus on limited competition, strong union power, and segmented labor markets. ► We develop a medium-scale DSGE model that captures these features and calibrate it. ► The calibrated model is used to conduct some policy experiments.
