Basic stocks of knowledge and productivity: Further evidence from the hierarchical Bayes estimator

In this paper we apply the hierarchical Bayes panel data estimator to evaluate the effect of various types of R&D-domestic, academic and foreign-on TFP. We consider alternative channels of technological diffusion: trade, FDI and communication skills.
