The capacity expansion, processing and consumption of silicone products generate the environmental and economic problems. There are many technological wastes such as cyclosiloxanes, linear or partially-structured siloxane polymers, wastes that generated during silicon rubber processing, when the products are formed by pressing, as well as silicone products with expired service life etc. Currently, the problem of reclamation in silicone production, through the creation of energy-saving technology and their production return in the form of new composite materials of various application is an urgent task. Having regard to the above, for combustion regime treatment of nanomaterials synthesis in flame with desired properties some studies were carried out to produce the nanosized powder of silicone dioxide during combustion process of silicone waste.
