Energy transfer and color tunable emission in Tb3Â +,Eu3Â + co-doped Sr3LaNa(PO4)3F phosphors

A series of yellowish-green to reddish-orange color-tunable Sr3LaNa(PO4)3F: Tb3 +,Eu3 + were prepared by conventional high temperature solid state method. The energy transfer process from Tb3 + to Eu3 + can takes place and its mechanism is dipole-dipole interaction, the maximum value for energy transfer efficiency is 43.71%.265
