Solution-processed quantum dot light-emitting diodes based on NiO nanocrystals hole injection layer

Compared with PEDOT-based QLED, all the NiO NCs-based QLEDs exhibit significant improvement in the device stability, particularly, the lifetime of sample 'b' (24 h) exhibits more than 6-fold improvement compared with that of PEDOT-based QLED device, indicating that the stable NiO NCs can play a protection layer role for organic materials.123
