Developing pyridazine-3-carboxamides to be CB2 agonists: The design, synthesis, structure-activity relationships and docking studies

Novel pyridazine-3-carboxamide derivatives have been synthesized and biologically evaluated. The results show that the compound 26 has a good agonist activity and high selectivity for CB2. Docking simulations were performed to predict the receptor-agonist interactions.165
