Natural phosphate and potassium fluoride doped natural phosphate catalysed simple one-pot synthesis of α-amino phosphonates under solvent-free conditions at room temperature

A new efficient one-pot synthesis of α-amino phosphonates derived from carbonyl compounds, aromatic and aliphatic amines and dialkyl phosphite. The reaction was carried out under solvent-free conditions at room temperature. The by-product H2O formed during the reaction increases the catalytic activity of phosphate catalysts.
