Solvothermal synthesis of carbon nanotube-AgBiS2 hybrids and their optical limiting properties

- AgBiS2 nanoparticles are grown on MWCNTs by a solvothermal approach.
- AgNO3, Bi(NO3)3·5H2O and thiosemicarbazide are used as precursors for AgBiS2 formation.
- The hybrids with AgBiS2 NPs of ∼16 nm show better optical limiting performance than MWCNTs.
