Structural and electronic properties of metalloporphyrin (MP, MÂ =Â Fe, Co and Zn) adsorbed on single walled BNNT and SiCNT

First-principles calculations showed that SiCNTs is a very promising candidate for metalloporphyrin adsorption and sensing/detection.
