چکیده انگلیسی
- We have fabricated 'PCL infiltrated BCP' scaffold for bone tissue engineering.
- The surface of this scaffold was then bio-funtionalized using Si and FN.
- In vitro studies showed the excellent cell proliferation and biocompatibility.
- Genes related to osteogenesis were found highly expressive on coated surfaces.
- Proteins such as OP, Col 1 and OC were also expressed on coated surfaces.
