Electrospun cross linked rosin fibers

► Fiber formation of rosin via an electrospinnning technique by using various solvents and different polymer concentrations. ► We performed experiments to determine a suitable solvent for electrospinning of rosin fibers. ► We propose a likely mechanism for the formation of rosin fibers during the electrospinning process. ► Electrospinning of pure rosin in fiber form is first time reported.
