Sputtered TiO2 thin films with NiO additives for hydrogen detection

► The effect of NiO additives on the properties of TiO2 films was studied. ► Conductively combined p/n type gas sensitive material was presented. ► Inversion of conductivity response type was observed. ► The critical H2 concentration was function of operating temperature.
