Effect of electron beam irradiation on electro synthesized hexagonal Cd0.3Zn0.7S nanosphere with excellent application in solar cell

- Cd0.3Zn0.7S thin films were prepared by the electrodeposition method.
- The X-ray diffraction confirmed that the films were pure Cd0.3Zn0.7S thin film.
- The Cd0.3Zn0.7S thin films are expected to have an advantage in photovoltaic application.
